Compared to other NHS hospitals I would say. I was given great care from the care workers.
Suggested improvements
Maybe more O.T. during the day/more interaction from the nurse's who seem to spend most of their time on office computers.

Because I went to become O.T., or social worker on this hospital or other from NHS. : )
Suggested improvements
1. Staff need to understand better the patient and give more attention to them, because they are mentally unwell.
2. The hospital need to be focus on O.T to make sure they give enough time for patients.

Because staff do not take my problems in saying. I need to apply for universal credit and do not have access to phone, tablet or PC.
Suggested improvements
Be nice with patient and give them {super} how much you can.

The wards have laptops and will support with applications for universal credit using these to ensure you have the right support when discharged from hospital. We endeavour to provide good quality care and support to those who access our services. Please speak with the nursing team on your ward if you are still an inpatient so we can support you with this moving forward. We will always treat patients with care and support as much as we can.
